The PSE Team are true consultants that work on behalf of, and for the benefit of, the select businesses we serve. Our team continually educates our customers in all areas of the energy market to help them reduce their total energy spend.


PSE works closely with both small-to-medium sized businesses, as well as large commercial & industrial, non-profit, and governmental entities to tailor energy consumption solutions that best fit for their businesses, with no out-of-pocket costs. We help them achieve their energy goals, typically via capital energy efficiency upgrades, sustainability programs, and ancillary income opportunities such as utility energy rebates, demand response (ERS), and various timely federal and state tax incentives.


We also negotiate commodity contracts to help businesses meet their short and long-term needs.

Responsibilities of the Energy Advisor

  • Represent the PowerShift brand with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
  • Build trusted long-term relationships with our clients as a trusted energy advisor by understanding our clients’ energy procurement and management goals and delivering options that best fit their business needs.
  • Acquire, grow, and retain a client portfolio by effectively managing their accounts and ensuring that they receive outstanding service.
  • Cultivate prospective client relationships and identify opportunities to expand these relationships through their networks.
  • Responsible for achieving new sales acquisition goals and managing long-term client retention.

Requirements for Energy Advisor

  • High school diploma is required (associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred).
  • Must be a good listener and have the ability to present solutions based on information provided from customers’ verbal and written communications.
  • Attitude, Commitment and Passion—REQUIRED.
  • Strong attention to detail must be one of your core personal strengths.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills—ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form and must have the ability to connect with people effortlessly.

Responsibilities of Sales Support Specialist

  • Liaison between the sales team and PSE’s multi-billion dollar energy supply and service providers
  • Monitor sales performance using sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives and leadership
  • Report key performance metrics to leadership
  • Actively work with PSE’s leadership team to communicate initiatives and implement retention strategies
  • Perform quality assurance calls
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies

Requirements for Sales Support Specialist

  • High school diploma is required (associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred).
  • Attitude, Commitment and Passion—REQUIRED
  • Prolific performance, knowledge and skills with Microsoft 365 Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, SharePoint, and Teams)

Responsibilities of the Appointment Setter

  • Place outbound calls to prospective clients and schedule appointments for them to meet with a PowerShift Energy Advisor.
  • Answer inbound calls from prospective and current clients.
  • Keep detailed records of each conversation with prospective and current clients.
  • Provide, on a daily basis, multiple real-time reports on all appointment activities to PSE leadership team and to the sales team.

Requirements for Appointment Setter
